Literally translated from Italian Barista
simply means Barman/woman. The word is actually used to
designate a person who has mastered the art of an Espresso
machine, be it the correct utilization and maintenance of
the equipment to the production of the perfect cup of coffee.
The production of the perfect cup of coffee,
whether an espresso, cappuccino, mocha chino, latte is not
“Rocket Science”. However, that said, properly
trained and competent staff, your “Barista”,
will be able to correctly operate the equipment, this will
facilitate the maximum operating life of your equipment
and secondly that all the different coffees produced are
to the perfect satisfaction of your customers.
